Is TIME that IMPORTANT that you don't follow TRAFFIC RULES......

I have observed in many a cases that people with urgencies skip traffic rules and rest of the times they don't.... But I've observed many adolscents who do it just for having fun and aometimes even for challenges..... DO YOU THINK IT IS RIGHT???????????
