downloading picture

i would like to down load a picture from the net for free without any catches is there any sight where i can do that

If you are using MS Word or such, I use MS Clipart for images... I believe they are free to use. http://office.microsoft.com/clipart/default.aspx?lc=en-us

If you do a search for "royalty free images," you should be able to find a few web sites that have images you can use without any limitations.
