The Nice Spring Weather

I'm with you all the way..This weekend has been beautiful, the kids have all returned outside to play a little bit...The grass is starting to look better. This week they say it supose to be very good weather as well, compared to last Wednesday we had snow..lol... I'm sooo ready...

We have Wiarton Willy up here in Ontario, Canada and he predicted the same thing as Phil this year. We are also having a beautiful weekend and the snow is melllllting and the sun is shining! Yay! I may get out and go for a walk this morning and enjoy the sun while it's out. I hope this is it and winter's nearly done with. I'm tired of it! :)

Yes, the spring is coming! There in Tallinn the snow is almost gone but in the countryside it's still enough of it to have a ski competition tomorrow. The sun was shining today. Now is 18:35 our time, and we still have +3 deg C outside (should be 39 deg F)!

It's been warm. But I just moved here last summer. We had a TON of snow and everyone was telling me that it;s been a BAD winter here - it was no different than where I am from. But it's sunny during the day and really warm. At night when the sun goes down, it gets really cold. BUt to me it's been a mild winter, even though everyone says it was a bad one.

It nice here too sadly I have a terrible hang over and so does my boyfriend so we're not enjoying it like we should be. It's going to get colder again tomorrow too so I'll probably end up having to walk around in the freezing cold . :(

It is BEAUTIFUL in Texas. Winters and spring is why you live in Texas! It sure isn't the 100+ of summer and the furnese heat!

Am in middle of Northern Ohio so the nicer weather is great I agree. We sure have had some funny weather. Remember Christmas that sure was a warm one. You seem to be in the snow belt? Will be interesting to see what others say about their areas. Been busy getting outside things done now that we can, though now we have mud month. lol

It was in the mid 70's today and sunny, a very beautiful day. I think you are right. Spring has come. I'm kind of sad because I actually like winter. I love snow. We didn't get but a light dusting a couple of times this year. We haven't got a real good snowfall in a long time.

Same here in southern Michigan - spring I love it so much, yesterday I actually saw the pot of daffidils on my deck starting to pop their heads up out of the dirt.

It has been beautiful here in Texas!! In the 70's, perfect for playing outside with the kids!! WE play outside in the mornings/afternoon (if it isn't too hot) and at night, I love it!! My kids are so much happier being outside rather than stuck inside the house all day!!

I'm in South Georgia and the last few days have been so beautiful. I have actually started some of my spring planting. It has been in the lower to mid 70's here. I actually got a little sun yesterday while working in my flower beds.

WOW,thats weird, im in NW ohio and my birthday is on the 17th...sorry bout that lol. anyway im lovin the weather right now to, i was really happy about actually feeling the heat of the sun yesterday in the car and not wearing a freakin coat, only a sweatshirt.=)

The weather today was very nice. It's great to have the snow melted and the warm sun coming out. I love Spring time and I'm so glad it's heading our way!

Well it has been lovely and warm here today so I relly hope that the cold weather is gone now and that Spring is here as I love the warmer weather.

It is nice today but it will get cold again and snow by next week. No ground hog can predict no snow or winter in areas where there is winter. It is a cute little myth but that is all it is. Now in more southern states where weather is milder, I am sure he works quite well.

It was in the 70's today. I went for a long walk. I was happy to turn my heater off. I am just loving the great weather.

Right now, I have my front door and windows open. It is spring weather here definitely. The weatherman said that it is supposed to be getting up to 85 degrees here, and staying that way through most of the week. Time to get the pool cleaned out! (Maybe! LOL)

I live about 50 miles outside of Chicago and we have had the worst winter I can remember. February was so cold and we had lots and lots of snow. So spring coming is so great. This weekend it is in the 50s and sunny. I just love it.

Hey yvonne, I am in Warrensville heights and when it reached 56 on Friday, after work , my fiancee and I went to Lake Erie for some great pictures of the ice melting way out past the shoreline. Close-ups of jagged edges and individual snow crystals pressed into sheets bunched up around rocks, branches, fallen limbs and the sand. But it was not blistery cold, in fact I was wearing only three layers of clothing tops a thermal, turtleneck and pullover, leggings, jeans, no snow pants, boots but no coat, it was that comfortable. Punxsutawney Phil is as good as reading the Farmer's Almanac, both pretty accurate these days.
