I've lived in norway all my life so i know what its like and i must say that it is actually a good thing. Of course the morning after it can be really hard to have to wake up 1 hour earlier than usual in winter because you've lost 1 hour during the night. But spring time when u get to sleep 1 extra hour, you hardly find anyone complaining about it :P
But then there's the whole thing about having to change the time on ALL the clocks, watches in the house... and let's not forget that you can forget about the daylight saving thing and end up being late for work/school (which actually does happen every now and then!!)
So what i can say is that for some countries, its definitely a good thing to have since in countries like norway where during winter you hardly ever see any daylight, you at least get 1 extra hour to enjoy it.

The clocks here in England go forward this month, I think it is at the end of the month. It always takes me ages to get used to the clocks changing as it affects your body clock.
