I have a doubt..are The chinese or japanese keybords formed by our letters?

i don't know if they have other letters in their keybords or if they have our letters of alphabet

yes,the chinese and japanese keybords are formed by alphabet.there is no difference between the keybords from different country,if it is,it's just the tag.
