dravid as a captain

I feel Dravid is a very good captain who leads by example by playing good cricket himself. He has been aggresive with his field placings trying to get extra wicket. he comands the respect of the team and also backs his players to th hilt when they face criticism for poor form. He has had a rollarcoster ride as captain as there were highs and lows. But now i feel with recent wins, both dravid & co are looking good and so i feel, that India certainly has the capablity to win the world cup 2007 as this team is more balanced than the one in 2003 as we have genuine allrounders like dhoni and pathan. And aussies are not at their best so that also helps.

well i dont think so that dravid alone can win the cup for india it have to be team india not dravid.if he can manage to make team to stick as a team and leading from front as the captain does no wonder we can achieve 1983 one more time and this time by defeating aussies and the current world champions as we did in 1983 by beating then world champions west indies.may god blees u.

ya..i thinks that dravid will be capable of wining this worldcup. dravid is abatting lgend and he can improve his performance. the pressure of captaincy is a big factor and how he feels with that situation is a major fact. indian team had all the blessings from 2 billion indians

Yes, Dravid XI can do it. It is under his captaincy that we have experimented and found a lot of talent and now his team is looking very very strong . I think that it is good enough to repeat the 1983 performance or atleast the 2003 WC performance and I think that he is a very cool but still agressive captain.
