What has everyone else done over the weekend?

This was my weekend off from work and I have been busy. It is a nice weekend here in Indiana and I have been inside cleaning house and doing mylot. I think I will go outside and clean the truck while the self cleaning oven is cleaning as it really stinks!
Has anyone here done anything exciting? I wish I was on vacation somewhere.

Well, I had two nights off since my van was in the shop. So with 4 days in a row I got those magazines that were waiting for me to go through all done. Paid a couple of bills, bagged up smashed cans for recycle, did some stuff with Mylot. Dishes daily, critters daily, picked up my van. Caught up on a couple of site and signed up for work on a couple of sites. Saw a handful of movies on the dvd player. Tried to set up my new computer and now need a spare part I didn't order. Will put groceries away when the rest of the family gets home. Not sure what else. Sure seems like enough. lol
Hope you had some fun over the weekend after it is all said and done.

It sounds as though you had a full weekend and it sounds like it contained a lot of work. That is usually howmy weekends work too.

My weekend plans got a little messed up as my son got really sick on Saturday. He did manage to play his soccer game (I coach his team) in the morning even with a fever of 100, but got home and pretty much slept the rest of the day...poor little guy.

sure hope the little guy is feeling better. I couldn't get my kids to play soccer if they were sick like that. They are whiny when they are sick!

A birthday party sounds like fun. However, the visit doesn't sound like a good thing to have to do. I guess we do a lot of things that we really don't like to do and just think of it as a nice way to cheer her up and it makes it easier.
