FOREX, how many have done it?

I've been thinking of investing a little here, and I would like to know who among here have experience in this matter. I've been going through forums looking for advice. Has anybody here succeeded?

played forex a bit, mainly doing hyip and autosurf programs now.
its ok to earn some money if you are not that greedy.

If you are not an expert at it, I would advise against FOREX investing. FOREX is a zero-sum game, i.e. for every dollar one person wins, there is another person that loses this same dollar. In addition there are comissions and transaction costs. Most of the people I know that played with FOREX have lost a large percentage of their money. This is certainly not the place to make consistent profits. It is very much like a roulette game in a casino where the casino always wins.

I too would like to know more about FOREX and how it runs. I'm thinking of stocks and bonds but I really don't have a clue on how they work. I hope somebody would reply regarding these matters. It would help both me, azriel, and everone else that would like to invest in these ventures. Thanks in advance.
