to save a stranger? I am not sure what I would do in that situation. Now if it were a child I most likely would as I wouldn't be able to live with myself if I didn't.

Yes that would be a difficult to decide but I don't think I could pass up helping someone in need regardless if a stranger or not. You would want someone to help you if you needed help.

I don't think that can possibly be answered honestly.
Thinks like that happen in the heat of the moment.
There is no way of knowing if you would just stand by in a life threatening situation or react.
You will only know when it happens. And how you react will depend on the circumstances.
