How do you feel about the U.S. testing weapons?

I believe that if other countries aren't allowed to test weapons, we shouldn't be allowed to either. I know weapons need to be tested, but we shouldn't be the only one allowed to test them. Let's try to keep everything fair and square! How do you feel about it? And where are you from?

I'm from Kentucky and i agree we shouldn't be the only ones allowed to test weapons but i think the U.S. or any other country shouldn't be testing weapons at all
