Wouldn't it be nice if the "add interests" remembered your former answer?

This is a very good idea! I get tired of answering no to the same questions also. Thank you for posting this discussion!

I have responded commented on so many that sometimes I can't remember and it takes forever to go through pages and pages of what I'veresponded to

I wish, I feel like I'm pushing that no button all the time. It's just I don't think the interests subjects a lot of times even make sense. Like... "Wife" "Hobbies I enjoy" ??? Really I don't get it, and I always just go up and type in what I'm looking for in the search bar.

I hate having to do that EVERY time. Plus a lot of the 'interests' don't make sense! Is 'life' a 'hobby I enjoy'? I didn't know life was a hobby! For a while I was just adding all these interests just so I wouldn't be asked again, but then I had so many interests that it was taking up too much space on my profile page, so that the page was only showing 3 discussion topics instead of 4 or 5.

Oh I wish the same..it IS annoying when I'm asked every single time if I want to add "people" to the hobbies I enjoy..lol No way are people my hobby..hehe Other things are bugging too at times. If we wanted it in our interests we would have added it ourselves, why wait for myLot to ask us! LOL

There are many things that would make mylot a lot better . But give them time.

I totally agree. It seems just another page to get through. Sometimes you want to say yes, so that it will quit popping up.

Yes that would be great. I sometimes get tired of the questions. Would you like to tag this, would you like to add this would you like sugar or cream? lol If I wanted to add it I would and I never add tags to my responces. It's still a great site though.

I definitely agree with that. It's like...I told you that BEFORE.

This would be a fabulous idea for them to implement. I know I have several that I will respond to but I don't neccessarily want them in my interest lists. It gets very monotonous having to keep saying no I don't want it. I hope you send them a note saying this should be added it would make things a lot easier for all of us.

I can see both sides to this issue, as yes it can be tiring having to hit no on a regular basis every time you don't want to add a topic, but would like to answer some questions about the topic. The only problem that could happen, is if you have said no and then in the future would like to change it, but the site won't let you change it. For example, lets say you hit no for have children, but in the future you have children, so would like to change it my lot would get a lot of e-mails on this topic. Keep in mind it wouldn't be me, as already have children. My children are adults, but this could be me for have grandchildren, as don't have any now.

Yes!! i get so tired of the several screen parade required to post here at myLot. I recently joined a similar site and can post 2-3 times as fast there. One screen and pop, you reply is posted. Oh well. Maybe the myLot admin will take our suggestions!

Yes I agree with you. I guess they figure or tastes chenge over time.
