what could be worse than having your paper (and i mean any paperwork) done by a specialist and you take his advice and found out that this advice costed you too much money. this happend to me, we applied for a us visa from the states and we asked the responsable person if i want to visit my family (out of the states)is there gonna be a problem so she said not at all so we took her word and i booked my ticket and than another woman took our paper and than she surprised us that i am not allowed to visit tham right now or they wont proceed my paper and she suggested if we cancel the flight or change it. i can't do anything as it is consolidatet ticket. why can't i get one single person who can do his job rigts without causing any nightmares and problems will it kill them to ask before giving advices

The other solution would be for them to tell the truth and say "I don't know". It does not take too much to do that. I am sorry you cannot make the trip you wanted to take. Is there some way you can go to some supervisors or something and get your ticket refunded due to hardship, or because of being told the wrong thing?
