Do you think using death penalty is a good punishment?

no it is - life for life.it is not good . here are another thousands of punishment.

i am neutral on it in the way that if the crime committed by the person is real bad them he deserves to be hanged

Wrong, killing another person life is never justifiable, unless in the extreme cases such as self defense.

It depends on if we are sure about the person's crime. I think it is wrong for most of the part.
