It is very possible to fall in love in such a young age. In most cases people call it puppy love but love grows with time. So it is very possible to fall for a guy and then soon realized that what you are feeling is not a puppy love. I have my first boyfriend when I was 14. He was my HS classmate and our relationships deepened and lasted for 9 years. I would say that it DEPENDS on the person. Sometimes puppy love don't grow deep. The young ones grow up and find another love, discovered another likes and dislikes and learned along with time. Some preferences changes, so are feelings. But there are people although very rare whose love grows deep with the same person in time.

i wouldn't really say young age is a crush, id say it was puppy love, hehe! i fell in love when i was 16 with somebody who was a few years older than me, im still with him now 3 years later but it won't last for long as people change in there ways when they know you better! =)
