Hi, I have been worknig for a US based ISP and help customers over phone to fix there issues. I think this would be a great place to share internet related troubleshooting procedures and resolutions.

I think that would be a great idea. I know in Yahoo's Q&A there are many questions asking for help. I have used it quite a few times to solve computer problems.

Yes yahoo has been of great help to me as well. I also like modemhelp.net, va.zensupport.co.uk and there are several others. Let me know if ya have some in ya mind.
