Windows or Linux?

I haven't tried Linux yet.I have two install disks and wish to install on an old tower I have.I'm not sure which version is best.I have Linux 2006,Unbuntu linux and Suse linux.Any tips?

i've never tried Linux until now but i've heard that it's far more stable than Windows and it's safer for keeping important files (it's best to use for keeping administration files of a company like a pharmacy or a store) anyway like i said, i've always used windows but now i'm thinking of buying a new computer and...surprise: most of the new computers on sale have Linux. so i'm a little confused too, cause i don't really know what i should choose.
