Times are changing, women dont think only on get married an being a mother.
When we have 20, is too soon, when we 30, we startint to think on that, when we have 30, we start to think that maybe we can expect a little bit more.
Do you think that it is good / correct to expect to the age of 45 to have a son, even if we have to look for the medicine?
What that age, women are more mature, have more money...have much more to give to a child.
So...what do you think?

Perceptions do matter and they change with person to person
People and women these days are much job oriented and are ardent to make a bright career
That is a positive attitude but yes as i said its all a matter of perception
There may be those who like kids when they get married while others dont
