not getting paid for my discusions

its strange that i m not getting paid when others r responding to my discusions.i get 1 cent per image posting. has mylot changed rules or it has got many users so its just exploiting people by reducing the earning?? when there were 30000 users i was getting much more than now. any 1 has the reasons??? any 1 else suffering like me ???
