Where are we going to be in 50 years?

Have any of you thought about our lives in 50 years or 20 years or anything like that. I have commonly asked doctors and scientists and teachers etc. if certain things are possible and they laugh and say no but then i think if all that may be possible one day in the future. I always have an idea that there will be a vaccine against HIV someday although it may seem outrageous now. Will there be new STD's that come about in our world? Floating Cars? Computers for notes in school? Machines as Bosses? Racism? War? What is it going to be like........?
