I suppose any country with the knowledge to and the heart to can pose a threat, actually any individual can. I think though, that China is its own worst enemy by restricting it's people from having children.

No!I don't think Chinese growth will threaten the world.They are just trying to feed, and defend their country against attack in economy,against invasion of their country.You see we are living in a global economic system composed of different nationals,all are oligarch.This different oligarch nationals are the ones threatening the world,economically and politically.Remember,people of the I.M.F.-WB are supporters of Busch's wars.

I think most westerner have wrap for China. I think Chinese won't trespass on other country because most Chinese's religion is Buddhism which call for kindness, caritas, accommodating, dedication and forbid slaughter. In China there have so many people still very poor and their lives are very tribulation. Chinese government just wants Chinese will have a well-to-do life. Why so many westerners feeling China is threatening other country. I am gets into knots.

I'm a real Chinese, I'm now living in HangZhou, ZheJiang province, China. Right here, i want to tell you the truth: economic is the most important thing in current period, people in China must work hard in order to earn money, 8 dollar a day, may be less, may be more. and we have no time to threaten foreign countries. According to the history, China had never threatened other countries except Yuan Period. so don't worry about China, i think you have a lot things to do which are more important.

It is very old history that nations which start progressing begin to have global ambitions.It began with alexander and continued through out history.Empires came and went but the ambition remains.Previously it was Britain,then Hitler and, now it is the us and China is slowly pishing US out of the picture. They have swalloed Mangolia and Tibet and now want vhutan and Nepal. Nepal is virtually in their pocket.They have blasted a space stellite to show their might.So soon China will confront US and emerge victorious.

I think eversince, China could've been a good nation, if not for those policies that were lorded over you. In fact, China has many influences all over the world. Chinese people are more creative, and are very good in putting up businesses because of their discipline and beliefs -such as feng shui. This helped them alot in making their ways of living be more productive and prosperous. The only thing that holds your country back on growing is because of those laws and policies, and I believe that chinese military has grown strong in numbers. And development is the only missing key for your nations growth..

I think that there will always be some worry there, but the more that we learn about each other, the less we will have to worry about.

I don't think so,develop of china will bring a whole prosperity of the world.I believe most people in the world love pace and willing to make progress together.Strong dosen't mean invasion and hegemony.more communication,more mutual understanding is crucial.

As we all know,chinese admire peace from of old.Although chinese economic and society is developing very fast,it is not a threaten to the word.The economic level of chinese individual still is very low.I believe the developing of china bost the advancement of word!

Frankly speaking,i don't think chinese development will threaten the whole world.you don't understand the current situation that P.R.China confront. The far more growing economic development will lead to a big problem.The price of consumption is increasing faster and faster so that the inflation appear in China such as the great high house's price and the high expense of necessites nowadays If chinese government cannot implement some effective approaches,the current condition will result in the gap between poor and rich and at last it will produce some unsteady political alteration

Obviously, China in recent years has emerged as a power of the world. But I think there is no need to be worried about this country. There still exist other powers: the US, Russia, India, EU. Forces these countries exerts on the world will keep it in equilibrium.
