Fungual link to Cancer?

Has anyone read about this? A friend of mine who teaches Biology called me tonight and said that a lady was telling her about this book that she had which said that there was a fungus link to cancer. I found the book on ebay and ordered it for her. But, I was just wondering if any one here had heard of it or knew anything about it.

no I haven't heard about it what is the fungus that seems to cause it. How can we prevent it? I sure sounds interesting.
