What about America?

A lot of people think that America is the land where dreams come true and I think that could be true to most people because there a lot of opportunities there. However, one must not forget that inorder to prosper anywhere, one must have education and is willing to work very hard.

I live here in America. Yes there are nice places. But you could say that about many countries in the world. The greener pastures will likely be found within yourself. Make the most of things where you are now by thinking of goodness and prosperity from within. You cannot become happier for long by filling your life with material riches alone. Seek to discover your own riches from within and you can have the power to live where ever you want.

I have lived here all my life so I really don't have anything else to compare it too. It does seem to be a more prosperous place than a lot of other countries although we have our poor and unemployed too. We do have a minimum wage which helps those who are working make a decent living.

I think America is a good place to live. Anywhere you live you are going to find good and bad. As far as a fine living you have to work at making a living you don't get handed it without some effort on your part. As far as I am concerned anything worth having is worth working for. I think California is a hard place to live because you have a mixture of different nationalitys. I for the most part have found people where I live to be friendly. But as I said no matter where you go you are going to find friendly and unfriendly. Of course the rich have it easier because they have the money to pave the way for themselves. I like living in America and I have been overseas and I was happy to get back to these homelands.

from what i know it doesnt seem like it is. they say you have freedom but it seems to get anything down here in california is so difficult unless your rich. i dont know how it is anywhere else but i been told from many places that the best place to do is to travel and visit other countries cause there more nicer than the here. my brother in law is from europe and he even says that people from different countries are more nicer than people here. so i dont know about promise land only if you cast your cares on the lord than you will find a promise land.
