Majority of Men are mostly Egoistic and Women are mostly Jealous , is there any particular reason to have such a unique quality in specific to the Gender?

Welcome to myLot spacehunter!
Do you have any statistical evidence for your statement, or is this your observation? I might tend to agree that a lot of men are egotistic, but I don't think a blanket statement can be made. Besides, a lot of women are too.
I'd certainly be prepared to think that men of previous generations were somewhat egotistical, because the responsibilities (and superiority) of manhood were drummed into them - "Boys don't cry! Be a MAN!" type of thing. At that time girls were taught they were little more than a decoration and their role was to please their man.
Jealousy. Are women more jealous than men? Well, women are more emotional, so it is possible, but men have been driven to murder over jealousy, so women don't have a monopoly on jealousy.
I really don't think men or women have specific claim to any feeling, emotion or status, though I do still believe the role of the man is the head of the house: the strong one who protects his family. I still believe the woman should be the soft and feminine, motherly type who comforts and provides emotional stability for the family - but that idea will bring the fury of women's libbers, I'm afraid.

Thanks for a justified explanation , I do agree with it , but my statement clearly mentions Majority of men not all , i know that no two people behave same and may not have same emotions and the Gender too reflects the same ...

I realised you said majority, but I think that is still a blanket statement. I do tend to agree, though, that egoism, having a mental base, is primarily a male trait, and jealousy, being an emotion, is mainly a female trait.
Good discussion.
