You may try XENICAL. Although, I dunno where you are from and if it's available in your country. Here in the Philippines, it is recommended by doctors and you could buy it without prescription.

Be Very Careful about taking Xenical! It's only available under medical supervision in a lot of countries (UK included), and there are medical problems that you could have that can mean you shouldn't take it, so always best to ask a doctor first!
Having said that, I lost over 30kg on it so it can be a very useful way of helping you lose weight (I'm disabled so excercise isn't an easy option for me).

Sexy is from the inside out-if you are the way you see yourself. All the diet pills in the world aren't going to change that. Love yourself; this will make you take better care of yourself-you know, making healthy food choices and exercising to make your body strong, etc.-then, the weight will come off and you will see the "sexy" that's already there. then try something that does The Atkins diet i myself lost 100 lbs on it so i know it works and while it may get boring you wont have to go hungry

Being fat eversince may have something to do with your genes and that no matter what you do you may never attain the size that you want. You could ask a doctor if it's possible if your change your lifestyle or eating habits. If not, you should learn to be happy about yourself. You could be overweight but still be sexy. It's in the attitude and how you carry yourself that defines beauty and not your dress size.

When I was a kid, I used to be so thin and skinny. I was so sickly and my mom would always tell me to eat more so that I gain more weight. However, when I started having menstrual period, I gained more weight and from then on, I had a hard time loosing some pounds. ALthough some say, I look better if I'm a little fat, I still desire to eliminate all the fats so I can wear all the nice clothes and eventually not be conscious of my figure. I have also taken several diet pills which worked for me. However, I am not that disciplined to go on a straight month of taking the pills so I ended up gaining more pounds again.

I know exactly what you mean. I have tried diet pills, diet teas, detox teas, fasting, low fat diets, low calories, low GI, low carb....
I have found that the ones which helped me the most were the ones where I reduced calories (portion sizes and overall daily intake), lowered fat and ate more protein/less carbs. Cutting out processed foods and eating more wholegrains/vegetables really helped. I also had to do lots of aerobic exercise - at least 3 times a week, ideally 5 times a week - combined with strength training using weights. It is worth it in the end, but it's hard work.
The problem with diet pills and diet teas etc., is that they don't just melt your excess fat away - you need to eat only healthy food and reduce your portion sizes as well. If you do this, whether with or without taking pills or potions, you will lose weight. The diet pills and other quick fixes that are on the market are really appealing to people who are desperate and want to lose weight very quickly. In reality, it's losing weight slowly that allows you to keep it off for life.
If there really was a magic pill we could take, then there wouldn't be anyone with weight problems because we would all take it and just eat what we liked. If we did do that, then we might be thin, but our insides would probably be very unhealthy. Thin doesn't equal healthy... it's about what you eat and how much exercises you do!

maybe because of inheritance..are the members of the family usually fat?...for me,i took herbal slimming tea before and it didn't work out,yes i disposed a lot after 20 hours in exchange of my strong appetitie to eat a lot!so,what's the use?!so,i decided to just keep on exercising every morning.
