Are You A Cuddly Person?

I went through a long faze of not allowing anyone to touch me after being abused by a boyfriend who would touch me when he knew I was angry at him. It took years for me to get over that. If anyone would touch me my teeth would clench together and I would feel like I wanted to kill them. Even when the cat would rub against my leg it made my blood boil. Then I started dating this guy a few years ago and when he would touch me it did not seem to bother me, in fact I felt very comfortable with it. I have always liked hugs, I don't think I ever went through I faze where I didn't want to be hugged. Hugs are so comforting and reassuring. Now I am back to my old affectionate. Even when there is nobody around, I have a big stuffed teddy bear to hug.

At your early age you used to hate cuddling because of shy nature. It seemed you uneasy. But with the entrance of puberty in your life, you are liking it. Now you have started cuddling to others. This just because of your age, body requirement unknowingly. Most of us have to pass on such situation in life. You will observe after an age say 30 yrs, you will again hate this. You are young now so it is happening unintentionally. Enjoy it as much as possible. I am enjoying too with close friends. It is natural, nothing wrong in cuddling.

I am exactly like you in the matter of cuddling. I think everyone will be like us.

after being pregnant two years in a row and havine surgeries, and dealing with babies. I don't feel very cuddly. Hubby has commented on it and even gotten his feeling hurt. I don't mean to hurt his feelings. I'm just so exhausted. I want to be left alone.

I'm a super cuddly person. I love to hug people, and my wife and my wife and I are always holding hands or having our arms around each other. I really think being in physical contact with people is just a wonderful thing. Well, so long as you actually like that person. Wouldn't want some random smelly person trying to hug me of course.

Actually, I am opposite. I used to be a very cuddly person. I loved be held and feeling protected. And even though there are times that I still enjoy that feeling of warmth and protection...I have become a not so cuddly person now. I do not want to be touched. I do not want to be hugged or kissed. I often find that I have to remind myself that my children need the hugs and kisses. It is not because I do not love them. I love them more than life! I would die for them! But for some reason, I have changed and prefer to not be touched. There have been times that I get that tug or tap on the shoulder and I have to turn around and ask that person to please not touch me. If a person wants my attention, please please just say my name and I will turn your direction. Even my partner complains that I am not an affectionate person. I am sorry. I just am not anymore. And I am sure I could probably pin it to some things that have happened in my life...but I am not really into revealing that much about myself here. :)

i always feel itsnice to hug a person when i greet especially during parties and weddings i feel it transmits warmth and friendliness.

im a cuddly type for my loved ones only especially to my bf...

while in bed my wife grabs me in her arms and say "Either absorb in me or absorb me in you. and i also some time cuddle her and say that "get ready to be crushed" but i don't apply that much pressure. today the 28th of January, 2008, i was about to leave for my office i noticed that she is again sad as she is a house wife so i cuddled and kissed her. i love to cuddle with my friends that i meet after a long time. yes i'm cudly kind but a little specific.
