Okay, so i've always hated my stomach, always, i just couldn't stand it!!!
Well lately i've been dancing a lot, due to listening to some pretty damned good music, and just can't stop moving, i didn't really change anything, no diet, no activity changes, nothing but the dancing, and my tummy got smaller, and i lost some weight, and it was so exciting for me, so i took a tummy photo,
So i wanna know what you think, you like my tummy?
Think the work i've done was worth it?
YAY I'm Excited!!!

Its your tummy, so its really up to you to like it or not. If you have made it smaller for you then that will give you a sense of achievement and make you feel good. I like dancing but don't get much time for it these days, which shows with the size of my tummmy, which is definately bigger than I would like it to be.

Spitfire's bringing sexy back! :) note to self, dance more often. My tummy is the only problem I have too, but it looks like you're getting some results. Thanks for giving me some hope, I'm gonna go home and dance like Napoleon Dynamite! LOL

I agree that dancing is a great way to loost weight and all the sexy movements and twisting work the stomach hard. I used dacing to tone up my bum and my theighs and it helped shape my curves more.
Congrats on the tummy, it looks super sexy! Maybe once ive acheived what i want i will show mine off too ^_^

i probably danced about an hourish a day, it's not that much but it was enough i guess, and i didn't really do any specific dance, but i do use my stomach muscles in most everything i do, so it's like that in dancing around too, i just danced around the house to a little bit of music and i found the best music to dance to is the music played on www.hotmix106.com
Hope you get what you want.

If you are happy with your belly than thats all that matters, I on the other hand have a little belly that just wont go away. It might have been the C-sections who knows, but its not that big and i am happy with who I am.
Good for you that you lost some of your jelly belly while doing something that you enjoyed like dancing.
