Avoiding Others When using a Lift

Hey.. Did you ever noticed, you using a lift where do you look, when you are with a group of people I noticed most of the people looks downwards and avoid any eye contacts. But Why. Can't they look towards each other and can't they pass a smile.

Look, most of people don't like to be stared at. And many don't look into others' eyes as they don't think comfortable. It's always much more convenient to look downward and pretend you're thinking about something very important :) But when someone look at you and smile why not answer back? :)

Hey...Good point...new way of thinking, i never thought of that. I will rather watch all shoes now if polished or not....lol
