Anybody into vegetarian and vegan cooking. I've got a lot of recipes, want to share some and talk about ingredients? Know any good party menus or foods? Know the good places to buy vegan foods and vegetarian foods. Know any great vegetarian and vegan restaurants. Are some of the foods a con - do you think they've got meat and fish products in them? Let me know, send me your thoughts and recipes -

well i think vegetarianism is growing in all parts of the world , reason being the less calories in veg stuff ...
in some places we can see that egg is added in so called "vegetarian food " ..shockingly in some restaurants chicken is categorised under veg ..so trust me the best place to get pure veg stuff is ur home ....and do send some interesting recipes. bye

Hi It's Toya Thanks for writing back. Yes i know some people think meat is only beef, pork, veal not chicken or fish, even eggs are a no no with vegans. Eating at home is ok, but if you don't like cooking it can be boring. Thai food is nice, they do a lot of bean curd, and tofu dishes and Japanese do vegan also spanish food has a lot of vegan food with bean dishes and mexican with corn and beans so eating outs quite easy for me still i like cooking at home and trying recipes aswell am going to post some soon, maybe we can exchange some
