Is agloco a spam?

i have heard about agloco a lot and iam wondering if agloco is a spam. Some ppeople tell that it is a spam but looking at its website it does'nt seem to be a spam however i want to be clear.

Its a spam if the person who is sending invitation to others is sending the invitation without the receivers permission.
