Sometimes I was disappointed by digital camera. There is space time between pushing the triger and the flashing light. I've lost some important moments. What do you suggest?

What you need is a digital slr camera. It has less or neglegible shutter lag compaired to point and shoot digital cameras. This is one reason why professional photographers make use of slr or dslr camera for it is very critical to capture the right moment.

Mixed feelings on this one. I really like the ease of use of a good digital camera, though they can be more expensive early on (in the long run, they can pay for themselves, since you don't have to buy film and pay developing costs). There's something fun about being able to take pictures, then quickly transport them to your computer and send them anywhere in the world. On the other hand, working with film can be a lot of fun, particularly if you can find a darkroom and work the film yourself. I remember having a blast working in the darkroom at school during my photography class.

I agree with you Penfencer. And I think, if I want to be a real photographer I must go starting with film manually (to mention non-digital camera). Working with it gives me special and unique taste of photos.

I think you have reached a stage when you are supposed to have a video camera rather than a still one. When you are so much precise about the moments that too with a precision in seconds then you ought to go for a video camera that too a digital only and not the ancient fashion. Only thing is buy a digital video camera with highest possible resolution, memory, high quality type to enjoy your photographic hobby. The video camera lets you to select the required frame or whatever moment on computers and even allows you to edit and adjust the scenes too. Wish you best luck for a new digital video camera soon.
