the best remedy for flu is plenty of rest, fluids, and vitamin c. go ahead, take your needed rest, and you'll be up and about in no time.

Isn't it awful when the flu goes the round within the family? When I help my sis take care of her kids who get sick, I almost always will be down with it myself after they get better. Hope you will get well soon and try to drink as much water to flush out the toxins from your body and see a doctor if you are not better within a couple of days or sooner if you really have got it bad.

Oh dear I'm sorry to hear your sick. Take care of yourself and I will be keeping you in my prayers that this flu bug does not last long. I was down for 3 weeks with it, and I got the flu shot, then turned around and my son was sick for almost 2 weeks.

get plenty of rest ,i know it's hard with the kids around,see if you can get some zinc tablets it shorte the lenght of the flu it worked for me,hope you feel better soon--max
