Query in MS Excel

I have been trying on my own and also through computer professionals to set the comma style in Indian system. For example: I want a number i.e., 15,000,000 in excel to display in INdian comma style as 1,50,00,000. Can anyone suggest the tips/procedure to do this ? I would be very much thankful to them.
