Start by drinking as much water as you possibly can. You won't beleive what a difference it makes to your weight. Then, limit yourself to mostly veggies: green beans, fresh spinach leaves, uncooked carrots, cooked spinach, etc. Just make sure to leave all those wonderful seasonings (no salt!), butter, oils, cheese and salad dressings out! I wouldn't recommend it for a long period of time, but I lost seven pounds in 1 week, so it definitely works. Good luck to you.
