Yes i have read the book, and think it,s wonderful, i normally have trouble reading books from start to finish but this one i just couldn't put down. It really gives you excellent information which encourages you to learn more . I'd like to but the Cash Flow game next.

I have read the book and think it was very motivational however didn't really guide me on the right path to any kind of investing. I believe it could have had more information on how to do the right things instead of just preaching his other products in order to learn more about investing. It does not deserve to be categorized with the other investment and real estate books!
