BIG prohibition from June

Here in Slovenia we have anti-smoke laws for 13 years now, but now in June there are comming real PROHIBITION ! Until now in restaurants,bars,pubs etc. there was permitted to smoke just in "smoker-part" of place, from June there will be PROHIBITED in ALL restaurants, bars, pubs, even in dosco's,nightclubs ! No "smoker-part" anymore. Prohibited everywhere! Then , until now you couldn't smoke on bus, train (in trains you were permitted to smoke in InterCities , there were smoker-parts) , but FROM JUNE there will be PROHIBITED to smoke in all trains, bus-stations, everywhere. And the worst : will be prohibited ON STREET if any other people close to you ! will be prohibited in YOUR OWN CAR if any passenger is younger than 18 ! will be prohibited in any working-place (it was prohibited until now too, but until now workers could get out and smoke). SO only place where you will be allowed to smoke here in Slovenia from June is YOUR OWN HOME and OUT(only if you are alone, that means , no on street, no on beach,...) I understand that there must be protected rights of non-smokers, but I don't understand that if there are 2 parts in pub,and a wall betwen , why shouldn't you smoke in smoker's part ? They say that that's becouse non-smokers have the right to enter all parts of pub, smoker's part too and you make them harm if they come there.They say that smoker-part in pub is discrimination for non-smokers, becouse they can't enter this part without get a harm from smoke. If goverment really wants to make less smokers with those laws (as they say) , then why don't they PROHIBITE CIGARETTES AT ALL , why are they raising prices on every half year for 0,5€ ? (they say that the price-rising is for make less smokers) Why don't they raise price now for 2-3?€ ? Why are they raising prices slowly (if we can call 0,5€ per half year slow) ? That's why : becouse if they would risen prices for 2-3€ in one portion instead of rising slowly, nobody could afford cigarettes and everybody would stop smoking.(thay say that they want that).But they don't really want that.They are rising prices slowly so we can afford to pay.If goverment would loose taxes from cigarettes they get every day (for 1 box you buy here you have to buy 4 boxes for goverment), it would be a BIIIIG loss for them. So , they are rising prices at the edge when people can still afford them (0,5€/half year)! I think that all that propaganda (we want to stop them smoking, for that we bring anti-smoker laws and rising cigarette prices so hard) IS A BIG LIE! They get more money from smokers that from any other tax-payers and for exchange they discriminate them (can't smoke in OWN CAR when you want,...)
