i had use Kaspersky AntiVirus for one month. during that one month i had not any problem, update successful, scanning success. but now the update antivirus is protected, cannot to update. have you ever experience this problem?can you all help me?

This is a trial version, legally speaking you need to remove it (uninstall) for it will not update however you try it. I really don't know if kaspersky supports update from file options. But what you can do is after you remove kaspersky, you can always download other AVs like AVG free edition, it can update automatically and it is free for personal use
