Music or TV?

I know I've been doing a lot of surveys recently. I just blanked out and don't know what to write down. It's been two three days since I posted a discussion. I thought i had to post one today to make up for the lost time. So here goes, Which do you prefer, radio or TV? In my case, I prefer the sound of music rather than TV. It soothes my nerves and lull me to sleep. What about you?

i Prefer Tv more than music system. Because i can see and listen same time. and we can listen only music on tv.
So TV is more useful than music system.

I, too, prefer music. I can go about my business enjoying music without finding myself confined to watching the TV. Also, there has not really been anything of interest to me on TV ever since they cancelled Star Trek: Enterprise. If I do watch TV, it may be to watch an old Star Trek or Babylon 5 or the old series (not the new destroyed version) of Battlestar Galactica. I may also watch a Star Wars movie. But most of the time, I listen to music.

I'm for tv, because we have mtv here, shown 24/7. I'm more interested on how musicians make their videos, and on how they would interpret their music.
As I have noticed, you started this discussion under Eraserheads. So I pressume that they are one of your favorites also, just like me!;) They also made their MTV's, and in fact, their 'Ang Huling El Bimbo' video was the one that catapulted them to international stardom.
So for me, I prefer more on tv than radio..

Most the time things are pretty quiet in my house. If they get to quiet than I will turn the radio on to listen to some music, if there isn't anything good on the radio, than I will turn on the tv just to have some background noise. But usually do perfer the radio over the tv anyday.

When it comes to sleeping, I could not sleep if the TV is on but on the other hand, If I turned the radio on, normally I would be able to doze off within one hour time. I spend more time listening to music compared to watching the tube. So that's it.

I would definitely rather listen to music. Actually, I could listen to music all day and night. I usually will not watch the television for more than a couple of hours in a day, and often do not watch it at all.
One time when I moved into a new house, I went for almost 2 months before someone came over and asked me why I did not have my TV hooked up. He hooked it up so that he could watch it.

I prefere to listen to music on my computer. the sound is really great, and i have a lot of cool music on there. I think it is much better to just listen, not see the tv images all the time. May be the reason I think so is my partner always have the tv turned on wether he is actually watching something or not. I'm a bit tired of it i think

I always catch a few hours of TV since I have some favorite programs. When I need music, then I may switch on the radio or play some alternative music.

if i'm tired of watching tv i will prefer to listen to the radio, but the most i prefer is personal computer so i can check mylot more often lol

I prefer watching TV because I find watching my favourite serials, and movies more intresting then just listening to programs ,songs etc.

I will choose radio, for I am not a regular T.V. audience. I only watch T.V. whenever I don't have something else to do and when I have to. They only shows that interests me to watch are documentaries, news and game shows. Sometimes, cartoons and gag shows too. I prefer radio because I love listening to music wherever I go. It gives me comfort. Besides, we all know that music has many genres that soothes all kinds of moods. I'm such a music lover and I'm musically inclined so I can live without television but not without radio to play music with. If that happens, I will do everything just to buy one. I can't imagine life without music.

i think i can go without the tv if i can get new music once a while, music is better than tv i think it clam me down for sure when i am in a bad mood or something. so i perfer to music than tv

I used to do surveys but they seem to take for ages so I stopped. I prefer the TV, I tend to have it on when I am on the Internet and try to do sort of 2 things at once.
