Hello everyone! I'm working on a graveyard shift..9pm-6am..
I'm having difficulty staying awake..I've tried coffee, energy drinks,, but now, it doesn't help me anymore. Plus, too much caffeine causes palpitation, that's why I want to stop this habit.
Are there other ways to keep me from being sleepy? Its kinda hard especially when I need to finish on some workloads..
I really appreciate some helpful responses from you.. :)

My mom use to work the graveyard shift when i was younger. I remeber her coming home from work in the mornings and going straight to bed. Then she'll get up after a few hours of sleep, and eat healthy meals. Then about 6 hours before she had to go back to work, she would lay down again, and sleep awhile until she had to leave for work. And it seemed to help her out alot, because she wasn't so tired anymore.

I use to work the night shift and I know it is hard to stay awake. I guess it depends on what type of work you do. If you sit at a desk then try getiing up and doing some squats when you feel sleepy.
