Your topic made me realize that I have not been watching movies with my family lately ,maybe because I don't live with them anymore.I am usually with my husband, and sometimes with our friends.

I would prefer watching movies together with my wife of course.Although it's been quite sometime that we went watching movies, we're always planning to watch movies but due to unavoidable circumstances we always canceled our plan.Right now we're planning to celebrate our anniversary by just watching movies in the theater and went shopping afterwards.

It depends. If it's a horror movie, it would be a lot nicer if there are other friends along. It can make the cinema or even the room became more wild and more horror. But usually, it's my boyfriend I'm always with when watching movies. I just love the idea being with him. It seems you give it a meaning thoug unlike if you're with friends, it's not really all the time that you can hug them, right? :)

wow how sweet of you two!!! I agree with you... it's really nice to watch movies with friends with a horror movies or comedy because the movie is more exciting and more enjoyable if you have some friends with you. But I think if it's a drama or romantic movies much if you go with your bf.So it's more romantic to be with the one you love. :)

When you are enjoying it is always better that you are with your loved ones.The time which you spend with them become memorable for you.It adds to the joy when you are enjoying very much and watching movies is also like having fun.So whenever I get chance to be with my family I never miss it either it be watching movies or sports.But sadly I don't get enough chance for that.

I don't really like going to the cinema as I can't bare the interruptions and the discomforts during the movie with people going in and out of the cinema. If I want to see a good film then I would go with my husband or some of my friends. I would much rather prefer to wait until the film came out on dvd and watch it in the comfort of my own home.

My first choice for a movie companion would be my husband. But I do catch an occasional film with my brothers or my friends. But I don't do that anymore. Nowadays, I watch DVDs with my husband when the baby's asleep LOL.

I prefer to watch movies at home with my wife. I'd rather watch them at home then I do not have watch the movie at a certain time, pay high prices if I get hungry, I can stop the movie if I need to use the bathroom. In addition, I can wear (or not wear) what ever I want.
On top of this it is cheaper (or free) to rent a movie for home.

Yeah you're right because it's kinda expensive and you don't own the house and the time. So you can't do whatever you want if you are in a movie house. And the amount you will be spending for a movie outside with your wife can already rent not just one movie but maybe three or more movies already. The only difference is it's not in a big screen.

I want to go definitely with my family. It's because I'm more comfortable with them and I'm happy when I'm with them. Of course I'll experience the thrill with my friends since It's still new so the next choice is my friends. As for the third, I haven't experienced so I'ts basically not a choice for me.

i enjoy watching movies with my friends. others go to bars and go clubbing. my friends an i have movies. we usually eat out and watch a movie.
i also watch movies with my family. problem is we have different preferences and want to watch different movies. there are times we end up going separate ways in the movies, which kind of defeats the purpose of watching a movie with your family haha.

hahahaha!! So you and your family really don't had the same choice of movie? That's sad!! You better go somewhere where you have the same choice....skating or carnivals etc. I think much better to rent a dvd's then watch it at home with them ...maybe in that way you guys have the same choice of movie.

hi,
I love watching movie with my partner, friends and family.. but that will depend on what kind of movie we are watching cause i hate someone who will also talk while the movie is playing you cannot hear the conversation or maybe someone who shows such extreme emotion when playing horror films which i love the most! but all the know i dont want to watch movie alone.. i dont go to movie house that much i just rent and buy dvd or cd's and play at home i will be more comfortable than in the cinema theaters..how about you? do you like watching movie at home or at the cinemas theaters?
