"If I wasn't married...."

If I wasn't married, I would hunt down the man of my dreams, Maynard Keenan :) I would turn the radio up louder. I would hardly ever turn the t.v. on. I would clean the house alot less. I would miss the heck out of my husband.

Hmmm... let's see... I don't think I've really considered what would be different if I weren't married (even though I have been a single mom following a divorce -- but I was too busy most of the time to even realize I was single lol). I guess my living arrangements would be different. If I weren't married, I wouldn't live in as big of a house, probably a condo or an apartment and I might live in the city so I would be close to a lot of activities (like museums, movies, tourist-y type things to do). I might also participate in or attend more events because these things are all very expensive when you're a family of four... much more reasonable as a single person, I guess. Also, if I weren't married (and therefore didn't have kids), I would probably go back to the corporate world, rather than being an independent contractor working from my home office. My girls have been the defining factor in my doing this, as much as I love my work. If I were alone, I'd want to be out with other people in the workforce much more than I care to be right now :) Thanks for an interesting discussion, sylviekitty!

i am not married....and so i dont really know what the feeling is.....but by the sound of it...it does not feel nice.....why would anyone whos married to his or her love even ask themselves this question???...if i wasnt married??....i mean if anyone is asking something like that....he is not truly faithfull to their partner......

I've wondered this recently. Not because I don't want to be married, just wondered where my life would be. It's hard to know because anything could have happened. But... If I wasn't married I'd probably still be living near my family and friends, I'd have a job since I wouldn't have a baby to stay home and take care of, and I would enjoy being single but at the same time keep my eyes open for the right guy.

I can't imagine not being married, it's a strange thought, and I don't think I've ever said 'if I wasn't married...' in going on 11 yrs of mariage. I think I'd be pretty unhappy to be honest, I love my husband dearly, and I also very much enjoy his companionship whether we're out seeing the world, or in the kitchen washing up. (Sorry, boring slushy answer eh!).

if i was'nt married by this time, maybe i am not happy with my life right now,, my hubby is so kind,thoughful, understanding and loving,, would you believe if i tell you that whenever my girlfirends ask me for a girl's night out,or even a lunch over to another friends house, or just by asking me to accompany them to their walks, my hubby will absolutely let me join them,how grateful i am for finding my greatest love..

If I wasn't married, I'd be a lot more interested in knowing where Sting lives. Is that man ever SEXY.

If im not yet married perhaps , i have already work abroad, its my dream to work overseas, but since ive got family, i cant dare to live them, i love them that much.

but remember there is dignity in marriage, nothing surpasses that! cheers!

i'd travel the world and try to meet a lot of new people.
