What do you use myspace for?

I first signed up to make new friends but now listen to bands a lot I don't search for them they add me. I've never looked for dates on myspace only friends who share my interests and new bands to listen to. I may put some of my own performances up in the future as I sing but I don't know when I will record myself.

I just have people I know as friends on myspace and do't accept other people's invitations. I like the site and have enjoyed "decorating" it with music, videos, pictures and such. I also get to see what my kids are up to on it.

I just signed up to myspace.com to show case the writing abilities of myself and co-writer. We are currently completing a childrens book, and have some other literary projects in the works, and wanted to let the whole world know. I think myspace.com is a fabulous site to promote yourself as a writer and to showcase your creative writing. Share my music

I use it to keep in touch with friends. I have found quite a few people that I was friends with in HS that I had lost touch with. It's been wonderful for that, and has rekindled many of those friendships. Other than that, I find it's very overrated.

myspace has become mostly a place for me to connect with old friends. I have tried to get with sites like classmates.com or reunion.com for old school mates, but it seems that more of them are on myspace than anything else. I still love the music section of myspace because I can totally go through and add bands or just browse through for music I haven't heard yet. it's a great discovery tool. other than that, I use it to relay personal news to my friends because it's easy to get general news to a large group of people through bulletins.

I mostly joined out of curiosity - I'd heard so much about it, and wanted to see what the fuss was about. Now I mostly use it for keeping up with old school friends that I don't see or talk to anywhere else - it's great for that. I'm usually surprised at who I find has an account there.

I started myspace account to keep in touch with my friends from different states. I don't think it's a good way to be looking for a relationship on myspace. I also like the bands that myspace has, some good music that you can't hear on the radio.

I use myspace to keep my long distance relatives updated about whats going on in my life and I post current photos of the family. I also keep in touch with friends and classmates. It is a great place to keep in touch with friends and family.
