I know everyone has a different view on the subject of having children. I just recently turned 21 and I feel myself becoming more aware of the fact that I do want children some day. Until now I was back and forth on the idea. I don't plan to get pregnant anytime soon, but I'm starting to think about it.
I know I want to graduate from college and work for awhile before I decide anything. I'd like to be on my feet and probably married, but that's not a requirement, although I definitely must be in a committed long-term relationship.
At what point in your life did you have children or do you plan to have children? Any thoughts on who is TOO YOUNG to start having children?

I did have my first child when I was 31. I guess it's not too late to have a child at this age.I did plan to have a child at the age of 26, but unfortunately there were some hindrances that blocked our plan to have one at this age.

I would like to have my first child when i am around 24-27 depending on circumstances. But i am with you on wanting to be i a commited relationship first. Also, withsome who has has a simular beleif in bringing up a child so should anything happen between us the child gets everything it can correctly. I dont want kids till i know they can be raised the best way i possibly can.
I think when it comes to too young i would say 18 or below because you are still a child up to that point, and no matter how mature you are for your age, i dont think you are mentaly aware enough to bring up a child. after that i would say it all depends on the maturity, awerness and responsibilty the person has. I know people in their 40's who i dont think are capable of bringing a child up.

well you should not have kids till the time you are financially independednt and you are sure you can take care of them .having said that i know biological clocks ticks away hence i think late twenties is good time to start thinking about it
