Urgent help needed..........O level or High school?

I have come to a stage where i have to choose wether to take high school(American) system or cambridge(British). this is confusing me alot as both have their own benefits. However my parents advice me to go for O level system and study in britain however im still not sure what to do about mt future education.... What to u guys think, o level or high school? I really need your help. Cuz i soon have to choose
