it all depends on whom am i angry at. for friends or strangers, i really confront them to clear things out and to be relaxed. if their not infront of me,i usually drink plenty of water.

I would do stuff like that now I count either out loud or in my head starting at 1 and take a breath with every number its hard at frist for some it was for me I found when I did this I mentally escaped whatever it was that made me so angry and in the process it relaxed me. When I first started though a scream would come first but just 1 and then count and breath lol. I hope this can help you in some way it did me.

someone suggested this to me before. to avoid high blood pressure when i get angry he asked me to count from 1-20. never tried it yet though. I never though it would help me in anyway. but since you've mentioned it, maybe il try it sometimes.

Well for me, id just go over to the corner and do pretty much in my head.. like for example bashing the person i hate or im angry at. so basically its all in the mind... if looks could kill... then imagination can massacre... *lol*

OOh, I can't think of a better way to make a person know that you're angry at him/her than the silent treatment. There's nothing worse than have someone not saying or doing anything. The mystery/ curiosity is so unbearable. Sometimes, the look of consternation on their face is so funny that I break out laughing and forget that I'm angry with them.
