I thought it was a pretty good movie. I liked how they used colors (especially red) in the sequences. It also helps I like Vincent D'Onofrio!

I've seen the movie. Actually i saw it in theatres and about a year ago we picked it up on DVD. It is a good movie, the plot line is interesting, and the graphics were AMAZING, especially for when it came out which was what...7 years ago? something like that? I like the imagery they use, and the creativeness it took to create something like that. It's not really a horror flick, which is probably why i liked it. I like more alfred hitchcockian kind of movies. Mind twisters.

I'm one of the few people I know that actually loves this movie. Even J.Lo couldn't spoil it for me. I thought it was a great concept but a bit of a waste of a great serial killer...his story alone would have made a great movie. I particularly liked him suspending himself from hooks over top of the girl....creepy.

I know what you mean - I can't stand JLo but she was tolerable in this movie.

Hey I remember that movie. yes it was scary. I don't remember much of the plot but I think the special effect was awesome. I can't forget the part when we can see Vincent hanging on his back attached to something from the roof, oh I turned away right there too scared to see. The colours are dramatic and it was more of phsycho thriller I think, complete with Japanese style of fashion, hairdos and pale make ups

I LOVE The Cell! Vincent D'Onofrio and Vince Vaughn? Together?! Oh my gosh.
Ok, ok, so I got the movie because I am a huge Vincent D'Onofrio fan and this movie is just the reason why! (other than because I think he's hot)
I am a big fan and dabbler of visual arts and for me, this movie kicked some and took names, visually speaking. The idea of being in someone's demented mind, walking around, atmospheres changing on a dime....it was utterly fantastic for me.
One of my faves!

I just watched it again last night with my mom. The imagry is so stunning and beautiful. I love the scenes where they used an infrared lens - mostly for the trees when they crossover into her psyche.

My word. That was a long time ago. Was that really Vincent D'Onofrio in it? gosh, really need to see it again. I don't remember it well, only that I hired it on a whim and enjoyed it. Let me see, it was made (released) in 1999. Right or wrong?
