Organic whole milk for coffee only. I don't like flavored milk or skim milk.

I prefer 2% milk, which is my favorite. However, I'm trying to be healthier so I have switched to 1%, and the store we buy it from also has fat-free milk with added flavorings to make it taste richer. I prefer that one because it is completely fat free but tastes like 1%.

I love milk, I drink it all the time. I prefer skim because milk with more milkfat seems to sweet to me. I use soy milk when I make smoothies because for some reason cow's milk seems weird to mix with fruit to me. I also mix ovaltine chocolate in my milk for breakfast, which is also very good because it isn't too choclatey.

We have 3 kinds of milk in my house. My daughter drinks lactose free milk, as she is allergic to lactose. I drink banana flavored milk or 1% milk. Right now, am trying to lose weight, so am drinking less milk than I use to consume.

I only drink chocolate milk, and I like my cereal dry. When using milk as a cooking ingredient, it's always skim.

During my childhood years, my breakfast always include a glass of full cream milk as my mom wanted to get enough calcium and even fat. But now that we have grown up, she shifted to skimmed milk and I love it..I get all the same nutrients in less fat content. :P
