May-December Relationships

I am in a may-december marriage. I'm 22, my husband is 46. We've been married for 3 years. We have a pretty good relationship, but also some bumps here and there because of our life experiences, the way we were raised, views of life, etc. Is there anyone else who has been in this type of relationship or still is, is it working out for you? If it is, why do you think it is, if it isn't working out why do you think it isn't working, and/or what could you improve to make it better? This one is specifically for younger woman/older men relationships, either dating or married.
