Paypal issues

money is love - Money is energy,and energy is limitless. Only our fear and limited way of thinking may make money seem scarce.

i live in Philippines and Paypal here is for only sending money. Is there a workaround or way i can receive/retrieve money with a Paypal account. BTW the reason I post this is because someone is sending money to me but only offer sending it thru Paypal.
