Hello everyone, I'm working in a BPO-call center and I wonder what are the signs of downsizing and closing down. I have friends you have given separation pay last night. I'm afraid to loose job right now. I want to be ready when that time comes thanks. I appreciate for those who help me and who will give advice on me!

First of all, don't panic, there are lots of other call centers in the Philippines nowadays. Some do not even care if you're not a college grad.
