Pink Eye

Have you ever had pink eye? It's been going around where I work this week and I am horrified of getting pink eye. I've never had it before, but it doesn't look like it is much fun.

Yeah, I've had it before. It certainly isn't pleasant! If you're worried about getting it from someone at work, I guess the best thing you can do is just wash your hands constantly and try to be careful about touching things that other people have touched. If you do end up getting it, just make sure you try to make it to the doctor right away so that you can start medication as soon as possible.

I had it once when I was pregnant. It kind of hurt and itched some, but it wasn't the worst thing I've ever been through. Mostly it just looks terrible. The ointment they gave me at the doctor's cleared it up quickly.

Yes, I have. It itches horribly, and you have to be careful not to scratch it, because it's EXTREMELY HIGHLY CONTAGIOUS. If you can understand that lol. Usually, you can just tape a cotton ball across your eye and that will keep your hands from scratching it. If you do scratch it, you need to wash your hands. That'll help stop it from spreading.
Pink eye's no big deal. Just stay clean.
